Our highly qualified caregivers are our employees, not
independent contractors. They are fully screened
including Police background checks, insured and bonded.
We supervise their activities and review their
performance. Our Registered Nurse evaluates their skills
and provides on-going training.

a minimum of two face-to-face interviews prior to
hiring.

We handle
the payroll and report taxes.

We treat
our Caregivers with dignity and respect.

We require
each Caregiver to provide at least three references -
each of whom we contact and confirm.

Caregivers
that will be transporting your loved ones also receive a
Department of Motor Vehicles driving record search.

Our
Caregivers have a minimum of one year of experience.

We expect
more than just skills and knowledge - our Caregivers
must have great personalities too!

Each
Caregiver clocks in and clocks out by telephone. This
confirms the time they have arrived and the time they
leave. |
